returns policy

- returns or exchanges: we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of you receiving the product. after this period is exceeded we reserve the right to refuse these. additionally, if the returned item is not received by us in its original condition or packaging, we reserve the right to refuse issuing a full refund, should that be requested.

- faulty items: if your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to arrange a return or exchange.

- refunds: refunds are only issued for faulty items or for returns and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. we reserve the right to inspect the item before issuing a refund. additionally, proof of purchase is required for a refund to be issued.

shipping policy

- uk domestic orders: ship within 1-10 working days, unless specified to be a pre-order

  • international orders: ship within 1-10 working days, unless specified to be a pre-order. note that international shipments may take longer due to customs processes in your country. 
  • please note that we will not cover customs charges for you if applicable

please note that if the drop is a preorder, this duration will be preceded by a period of 5-8 weeks for production and shipment.

- shipping delays: we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs

- lost or stolen packages: we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. any claims must be made through the mail carrier or courier service. we post orders to the address provided- it is your responsibility to provide the correct address. if a package is lost due to an incorrect address being provided, we are not liable. if you suspect that you have provided an incorrect address, or would like to have the address changed, please contact us promptly after your order so that it can be resolved before dispatch.
